		<description>I would say that an upline should mentor forever but the role changes from one on one mentoring to mentoring through webcasts or training events. When you organization gets large you time is most important so it becomes impossible to mentor everyone. If a mentoring is in fact training his or her downline properly then this will develop leadership within the downline and helps to leverage your time. You can also leverage your time through lead generation and marketing when done properly.
